Event, Conference and Meeting Planners now have access to a secure website to house their planning data while preparing for their event. Users must access TreeFrog through a password-protected entry page and data is encrypted while it is transmitted over the Internet.


From the Planner's Home Page, the Event Planner:
Sees Organizational Summary data at a glance
Can begin a New Event ---through the use of the Planning Wizard, or directly through the menu selections and tabs for the more advanced Users.


A Meeting Wizard is available to walk the novice User through a series of steps to successfully establish and plan an Event. This is an aid for the inexperienced User, but the Wizard can be bypassed by the more experienced Users.



The System Provides a highly-tailorable Event Planning system, accessed through a set of menu items and tabs. Through Menu items, you specify your Attendee Types, Discounts, Registration Choices & Options, Rooms, etc. and define the preferences that appear upon your forms.


Through tabular items, you establish details about your meetings, access your online planner, establish costs, record registrations and contacts, and view reports.
Help is available throughout the site, either by clicking on the ?-Question Mark Icon, or opening the gray tabs to the left on each screen.
