VAHRC Information Warehouse Goes Into Production Use

Topeka, KS -- February, 2004: The Veterans Administration Health Revenue Center (VAHRC) Information Warehouse (IW) went into production this past month. The IW system that Ephibian built provides VAHRC call center staff ~250,000 VA employee’s personal and benefit data. With this data at their fingertips, the call center staff is much better positioned to respond to incoming inquiries from their employees.

The system was competitively awarded to Ephibian by VAHRC late last year.
