Ephibian Delivers First Release of 3C's International Help Desk System

Tucson, AZ-- September 9, 2004: Ephibian has delivered Version 1.0 of 3C Communications' multinational Help Desk System to the leading provider of credit card processing solutions throughout Europe. The software is currently undergoing internal 3C testing and training and is expected to be put into production release later in the month.

Future modules will include sophisticated knowledge/ document management and contacts management features. These releases are due later in the calendar year.
