The Wired4Success project introduces technological tools to unemployed and underemployed members of the community in a job training environment. This program gives participants the necessary skills to be competitive in today’s and tomorrow’s job marketplace, provides community employers with better-trained employees, and offers local job placement agencies an effective training program for their clients.

Ephibian built a J2EE compliant portal used by students, course content providers and instructors (typically Goodwill Industries), and the City. The portal is also read-only accessible by the University of Arizona , who provides third-party oversight of the overall program and use of the grant money. It is the center of knowledge exchange and information transfer among all of the program participants.
