We meet with clients face-to-face during initial project phases, invite your team to spend a day or two in sunny Arizona and then meet in person once a month for the duration of the project. On a daily basis, we maintain contact online.

We use WebEx for collaboration because it allows both sides to share information on a virtual white board. It also allows us to share applications like PowerPoint or relevant Web sites. Meetings with our customers typically occur at least once a week.
